About the Role

At High Street Collective, we believe the best version of local life happens around independent businesses. We help those businesses get online and grow through technology that actually works for them. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the company on the ground β€” meeting local business owners, building genuine relationships, and showing them what's possible.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively contact and meet local business owners through in-person visits, cold calls, and emails
  • Deliver engaging demos that show owners what's possible for their online presence and operations
  • Build genuine rapport and understand the challenges facing the businesses you visit
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM after every interaction
  • Feed market insights back to the team to help shape our product and positioning

Who You Are

  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for local business
  • A people-person with a strong commercial instinct who builds trust quickly
  • Experienced in generating your own leads, setting appointments, and managing a pipeline
  • Highly organised, independent, and motivated by outcomes
